Biography and academic profile
Dr. Shradha Mathur is currently working as Assistant Professor (I) - Psychology, in the School of Social, Financial & Human Sciences, KIIT Bhubaneswar. Dr. Mathur previously worked as Assistant Professor (CES), in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education and Psychology, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. On the educational front, Dr. Mathur has degree in Master of Arts (Psychology) and Ph.D.(Psychology) from the Department of Psychology, University of Delhi. She has also worked as Postdoctoral Research Associate in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi on a joint research project funded by the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA. Subsequently Dr. Mathur also gained industry experience as a consultant.
